Finally got some time to get out on the trail and Winter camp up in good ol' Northern Minnesota. Went back to the Sioux Hustler Trail 30 miles north of Ely, MN. Isolated and pristine wilderness in the BWCA.
It was so good to get out and enjoy the glory with Strung Out and Boogsy.
Had a gig in the middle of the FBH and could not get to the woods until Sunday so off to Ely for some more of that wonderful trail.

-5.5C... You'll be pleased to know that my lowest temp hang is now a teeth numbing -0.1C (31.8). But, but, but the apparent temp was -4.8C (23.3), so that's' pretty good isn't it? Did it easy! No sign of any snow though, it was out in the middle of the AU desert. I liked your number two lesson. I suppose one good thing about snow hanging is that there's kind of plenty of water around for cooking. Another thing is that it sure does look nice. Having a shower would be no fun at all. lol Thanks for the video, Mr Shug!

Good to see the Shug out again.. That svea should simmer when adjusted accordingly.. I can tell you favor your msr. it surely does burn hot..
I just didn't like the remote fuel system, however, I do wish the svea tank held a little more. And you have to be be sure ya don't overfill it, cause it will not build pressure due to no room left in the tank to do so....Been there.... Give and take world ...lol....Great to have so many options... Great vid, per usual..
