I'm sure it's been done before... (Hammock Table)

I was sitting in my hammock tonight, thinking how nice it would be to have a little place to set some small objects. So I made one! This is made from a little piece of cardboard I had lying around, but it would work to take the sheet from an internal frame pack and add cords to it so that this would not add any real weight to a backpack, if you wanted to hike with something like this.

This is too simple of an idea not to have been done before, but it was so easy to make and so handy that I thought I should share.

I would end up spilling that all over me.

Very classey! I could see if you were staying in a campground, you could order pizza, and pay the delivery guy and eat your dinner without getting out of the hammock! Very clever!

Think "sling" rather than "table" and you'll avoid a lot of spilling.

The only difference that would make for me is I would sling it much farther than I would spill it. Clever idea... but I know me. Recipe for complete disaster.
I may be slow... But I sure am gimpy.
