VIDEO- A River, A Kayak, 3 Days down the AL Choctawhatchee

Between the cold, the rain and the sun, I just finished my first river kayaking camping trip and it was a blast.

Took my time to try to make a good quality video and I really like the way it turned out. Hope you enjoy!

Great video and encouraging. I'm hoping to combine my love of fishing, the outdoors, and hammocks with a kayak this spring. Saving those pennys and watching videos like yours to learn what I can!

Thanks for taking the time to make it!

Great video. I'm hoping to start kayak camping this summer. What kind of camera mount do you use on your kayak?

Thanks for all the great replies!

    War Eagle!

    raftgirl,
I used two different tripods. The main one on the kayak is a Gorilla pod type that I bought from Walmart for cheap that is working very well for me. I basically just strapped it under my bungees on the foredeck. I did tether it to the kayak at certain times so as not to loose it.

The other is a cheap telescopic tripod from Walmart.....

Very nice. Looking to do the same kind of stuff. I'd be interested in a gear list video for that kind of trip!
