No-Sew tarp pull-outs....Did I come up with this?

No, I'm sorry, I don't remember. What I do remember was someone commented on the type of no see pullouts someone had on their tarp and that person commented back with pics that said what brand they were and that they caused it to stretch. There were installed and after shots and some loose looking fabric in the shape of the pullout. It was oval shaped.

sorry for bringing up an old thread, but um...how much negative impact does the stretching really have on the tarps usability? i use a milspec poncho, and i can't see THAT stretching, though im not omnipotent; wouldn't the water that fills the lil dippy that collects still run off anyway? i dont' really wanna stretch my poncho/tarp, but if i wanna have some elbow room... also, i don't feel like not myog some, so im thinkin a couple marbles (or whatever i have on hand that is similar) in the string bag.
