    Tarp Mods

Looking for a little advice on adding doors to my Hennessy Hex tarp. Is it possible? Is it a bad idea? Should I just save up a few hundred bucks for cuben fiber tarp with doors? I'm happy with my tarp, but I'd like to add some wind protection for colder weather camping. If it is possible...is there an easy way about making them? Thank in advance! If there's already a thread about this, please feel free to direct me there

What about hammock socks? Is that a better solution, or just a quick fix?

    Hi fella.
Have you considered a TW Tarp with doors?
Don't have this model but very happy with my hammocks and tarps from them. Well thought of here in the UK with many people (myself included) favouring them over DD.

    Hi mate,

I believe Neil will ship worldwide but if not I'd be happy to forward it to you.

Grizz beaks work too and are removable.

    2qzq will do it.

Personally, at $36 per end, I don't think it's worth it. If you have the polyester version, you're spending $72 for doors, which is about how much the tarp alone costs retail. Sounds like lipstick on a pig to me, but it might make a little more sense if you have the silnylon HH Hex. I'd be inclined to use that $72 on a Warbonnet Superfly or similar.
