I made some custom logos for my diy Lynx underquilt for my son's Ridgerunner to tag the head end and foot end of the quilt. They're made out of 1" grosgrain with adhesive heat transfer vinyl I cut.

I've been working on getting set up to mass produce my own. I've gone through several "versions" Including printing on Tyvek.(DO NOT try that at home) I was in the printing industry for 22+yrs and have had a few tricks up my sleeve. Once I come up with something I like and feel is durable, I'll get back to ya. I think I'm pretty close and talked with a buddy tonight on his thoughts. It it works out, I should be able to produce as little as one for a dollar or so.(mass produce for pennies)
