Hey guys, I have had a metal hammock stand for years that had a cotton weave hammock on it. Now that I have a good hammock setup I want to utilize it for home hammocking. The frame is about 4' tall and roughly 12 ft apart when hammock/tarp is tightened. With my ENO DN even with a longer RL I am about an inch off the ground.
The DIY part of This is I want to extend the posts so that it makes it taller and wider at the same time, but I don't know the best type of metal tubing to use or where s good place to get it. The current piping has interior diameter of 1.5" and an exterior diameter of roughly 1.7".
