Going into Production

Not for sale or trade so don't hit me up for anything but since I was able to sew relatively straight lines on my last two projects I ordered some gear from Dutch's DIY Heaven.

The key to the improved outlook is a bag of Wonder Clips that I won in a Christmas drawing. They helped tremendously with the rolled edges of two hammocks in PolyD and HyperD materials.

Plus, bent pieces of wire just don't compare to the videos I've seen (Doogie and Dutch) using splicing needles and a loop.

So, for family and friends I'll put together some things. It'll keep me out of the bars and honky-tonks.

I'm recruiting family and friends to hammock camping. One son already turned to the dark side, who went with me last May and liked it. Got both my sons Derek's ULTIMATE HANG for Christmas. A grandson is not far behind.

Now have a friend in the loop, pun intended.

This. Best investment you can make for making constrictor knots and buries. Even allows me to splice Lash-It without more cursing than absolutely necessary.
