@miyanc I like the idea of saturday dinner a community meal and the rest bring your own food. unless someone wants to pick a meal or something. Like at the MAHHA Dutch would always make pancakes for everyone. Something simple and cheap.

I am not sure we need a raffle. I like the keeping Yates low key and simple. We celebrate the time changes and enjoy the time in the woods.

I agree with Silverpalm. I like low key and simple just the way we started out with this time change hang, back when. Spend more time in the woods just one group meal. Don't know why all the hangs now want rafffles.

I'm good without the raffle.
Lower overhead to keep this going.

Hot lips - I'm good with your lunch, just don't want anybody to feel pressured to do it.

At the last hang it was raffle, raffle raffle... it seemed like everyone was talking about a raffle at another hang and asking why we didnt have one. I figured I would put it together and let the proceeds go to the uwharrie trailblazers.

It doesnt matter to me, one less thing to do.

Where do we stand on the pif table? That seemed to be well discussed last time out too.

I will change the ss to reflect no raffle. I would say community dinner saturday centered around hotlips. So we will let hotlips select whats needed and each of us can get such.

I will also leave slots for those that want to supply snacks or meals at times other then sat dinner.

Am I missing anything?

I'll do a lunch, and dinner. I'll let ya'll know what I need. And no one is pressuring me into cooking. If I don't want to cook, check my pulse.
