OES Fast Delivery/ Smooth Transaction

I took a chance and ordered a Mac cat deluxe on Black Friday. I immediately received a confirmation email. In one week I received a shipping notification. In three days I had my tarp. 10 days from order to arrival. Brian even included a guy line kit for free. Great tarp, great service.

Maybe it's time you look at OES again. YMMV.

I also had a good experience with OES. It was my first tarp, and my go to when camping with my wife, as we can both fit under it. Its the winter tarp.

Ordered on Black Friday.. Got email Tuesday after that Tarp shipping label was printed.. Today is 12/17 - still no tarp or tracking (still showing as pre-shipment).

Emailed Brian yesterday afternoon - no reply. I plan to call credit card and dispute the charges if I dont hear back from Brian by tomorrow afternoon. Now I see what everyone else is cautious about.

Two OES tarps. Two separate orders. Never an issue.

I know there are those who've had bad experiences but I hope it ends there. I also know there has been some bashing and those who can't let it go. 5 posts and two on here calling out and turning the thread seems a bit like trolling.

I hope everything gets resolved and I hope Brian continues to turn things around and deliver stand out pieces.

VS - I'm sorry about the issue, and I'll be sure to make sure that your dispute goes right through and you get your funds back as soon as possible. I believe I simply misplaced your label/envelope in the huge mass of BF orders I had - I should still have your semi-custom tarp in stock if you would like to go to PM and discuss anything. I'm working on getting a dedicated OES phone line to enable an additional method of communication, especially during busy times to try and catch everything should I muck up.

G.G - I totally support trying to make good on an order, even in a post of 'praise', and over the past three months I've been over 99% order satisfaction. A few delayed shipments mostly due to stocking of specific colors, and the unfortunate missing of VS's order, but things have been going much smoother now that we have a larger workshop to work out of.
