WI > Frozen Cheese Hang, Feb 6-8

With CryOTheWild not planning the hang this year, I didn't know if it was going to get planned.... but I thought I'd take a stab.

When is the hang: February 6-8

Where is it: Porcupine Lakes Wilderness in Wisconsin. Here is a link to google maps. If you follow the river from the lake to the road you'll find the parking lot. Attached below is a map. https://www.google.com/maps/place/Po...fdc7faa506860b


This is a few weeks after the MN Frozen Butt, so hopefully some will make it to both. The Wisconsin Frozen Cheese hang has always been a more individual event. This means you'll be responsible for packing and cooking your own meals. This is a good ice fishing lake, so feel free to bring your fishing gear! Below are some photos from past hangs at the area.

Thanks hiking dad for posting info for this years hang. I plan on being there this winter. I usually bring ice fishing gear too.
