Looking at a 0 degree incubator and burrow. It's winter here now, currently -21c with wind chill (-6f). Twenty degree quilts don't cut it anymore.

I'm waiting to drop a lot of cash at Hammock Gear... 40 degree Burrow, Cuban Tarp, and just for the fun of it, a pillow...
Already pulled the trigger on two items in the last month: Greylock 4 on sale from Jacks and a Simply Light Designs winter tarp. But, a summer weight TQ might be nice....decisions, decisions....
Not specifically for my hammock setup, but I'm looking to grab a pair of merino long johns. I sprung for a top earlier this year and am completely sold. Also, I will be avoiding HG as I really don't want to be tempted by their Cuben hex tarp w/ doors!!
Tarp. I guess all the vendors get a nice bump to finish the year. I wish I knew what the sales were gonna be. I might just pull the trigger now on a FS tarp now.
Looks like HG is going to have an awesome time this year with everyone planning on getting their products. I am going to spend some serious cash on them if they do have a sale.
I'm in NC. Go with the 20* IMO. Better to have and not need (vent) then to need and not have if it gets cold in winter. Regular 20 no overstuff.

I jumped at UGQ's Black November sale and purchased a 20* TQ, received it yesterday and tested last night. All I can say is WOW it is toasty as it out performed my 15* bag I currently use. I'm now eyeing a Winter Sock from Dutch for something under the Christmas tree.
