I use
Dutch Hooks one my ridgeline to snug up my New River. I run shock cord from one tab to the opposite tab on the quilt, through the eye of the Dutch Hook (which is hooked to my ridge line) to tighten the quilt in the middle and at the foot (where I have the most sag).
I have one at the two tabs on the foot end and the other runs from my left shoulder tab to the center tab. This keeps the quilt on my shoulder;
despite what Outandback says I can't keep an underquilt on my shoulder, loose or tight.
Works great!
