Anyone else using this for a pad?

I've been using mine for 3 weeks now and I just love it. Been down to 38 degrees with it (lowest temps we've had) and so far it's worked out great. Cheap alternative for me as I can't afford a UQ and I might not even need one.

I've been on the fence for a while now about getting one of these in the event I ever needed to go to the ground. Actually, several of them. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I got mine on flea bay. I haven't tried it on the ground yet, just the hammock. But I did buy it to be used either way.

Hmm..for $65 on eBay this might be worth a try for chilly spring/fall nights.

It works perfect with my hammock. Really comfortable and keeps the butt warm!

FWIW The best way I found to use air pads like my Thermarests is to use a CCF pad under them and the airpad soft. Not so good on a hike but easy with a canoe or car.
    YMMV
