    New River delivered and tested....

Been lurking awhile and tried the no sew PLUQ, but could not get it right... Had some PayPal money squirreled away. Decided to buy...researched the heck out of things forever, before settling on the new river.

It arrived last Friday, got home and hung my hammock before heading to a football game. Got home and spent a toasty night (temps bottomed out about 69 degrees... Lol), so the uq was plenty warm..... The backyard view of the woods/field, with no tarp, was worth it all in the moonlight.

The workmanship is awesome! If you are contemplating a purchase, go for it, you won't be disappointed. Well worth it! Can't wait for lower temps to fully test this setup.

Pretty easy... Came with small biners which attached to the ridge line. Cord locks are easy to cinch and adjust .... Haven't had any time to test it much, one additional night down to mid 40's. Slept plenty warm....
