Let's see, SC infamous for the Hennley, so that makes SC the 1st to sink into the abyss, and then there were the imported Wright bros that made NC 1st in flight. Wouldn't that make NC the Wright Carolina?

I was brought up on mustard base sauce and the only time I have anything other is with brisket...and it's more of a Texas style sauce.

Love me some red slaw on pulled pork, but being born not not 30 minutes from Lexington, NC I could be biased just a little. Mustard is my favorite condiment for sandwiches but not so much on pulled pork. Spent a few years in OK, those folk just look at ya' funny when you ask for slaw on your bbq sandwich.
