I got a ddxl tarp ,love it for the size ( car camp so not worried about weight ),but the last time out it rained all day, heavy rain , I was dry as a bone under it it with room to cook relax etc ect , no leaks anywhere ,some time during the night it went below freezing point and when I woke up ( still bone dry and warm ) went outside to wee wee ,and the whole tarp was covered in frozen rain drops stiff as a plank, but no big deal ,until I started to cook breakfast ,then I was getting the odd drip on my head ,when I went outside of the tarp again I could see a patch on the tarp starting to thaw out ( on the outside above the stove ) question , is that normal condensation ? or did I have my tarp to high ? it was approx. 16" to 2 feet above my hammock, and staked out at bed time about 2 ft above ground but both ends closed over ( like doors ), I went fishing right after breakfast because the sun was starting to feel nice and warm, when I came back to the hammock approx. 3 hrs latter no drips inside at all,but still water drops on the top of the tarp ,( slightly in the shade ) did I cause the condensation by cooking ,or was the tarp stung to high?,never had this happen so please forgive the newbee questions
try to attach a pic of outside tarp frozen
