I have a Warbonnet Blackbird Double Layer hammock that has only been used a couple of times. I'm interested in selling it. I sent you a PM.
How about $100 + shipping to CONUS. It's an olive green color and has never been used.
I'm surprised that the abbreviation G.A.S. hasn't been used on this string. Gear Acquisition Syndrome. I'm afflicted with it, so I know.
I have a barely used Original Warbonnet Blackbird with double bottom, plus a Superfly Tarp. If you're interested let me know and I will give you more details and we can discuss price. Thanks.

As for things that go bump in the night, I live in Colorado. When I hear a twig snap I'm thinking bear, lion, coyote, wolf, moose? Of course, there are elk and deer and little critters but they...
I find that light or mid weight merino under garments seem to regulate the heat so they are warm when its cold and seem cooler at higher temps. From there I supplement with additional fleece...
Quite the setup. Congratulations!
I think the large Gatorade bottle is the trucker's friend. It works well in a tent or hammock.
Got it. Sorry.
Definitely a two-beanie night! LOL
Shug, what's the temp in that photo?
Awesome. Thanks.
dtp2c111, I didn't see your post when I replied above. I've just never even seen a down beanie. Thanks.
It makes sense to me as a sleeping beanie. Keeping the head warm is important. But when you're out and about and not sleeping, does anyone wear one?
I'm curious. I've never worn a down beanie but I would think that they would become very hot with physical activity. Or maybe you just wear them in extremely cold conditions. Any opinions?
I still have a pre-2017 Warbonnet Blackbird, Double Layer, but not the XLC. It's been used twice, is LN, and has been kept in a humidity controlled environment, smoke-free and pet-free. It comes with...

I have a double layer Blackbird for sale. Are you still looking for one?
I have a Warbonnet Blackbird DL 1.1 and Warbonnet Superfly Tarp for sale. Is that what you're looking for?
I have a Hammock Gear Incubator 20 UQ. PM me at [email protected] if you're interested.

I'd like to buy it. Is is straight taper or half taper? Who should I send the PP to?
If it isn't sold, I'll buy it for $210.
They are both nicely made and the HH comes with tarp, etc. However, I like the WB Blackbird better because it has the footbox, kind of a pocket on the side for your feet that lets you sleep on more...
I'm wondering why you would want to use snakeskins with the Blackbird, since it comes in such a nice bag? What advantages do you see?
I ordered my WBB on May 10 and received it today on June 6, so he is right on schedule according to his announcement.
Ordered BB on May 10, got notice on May 4 that it should arrive May 6. So that's slightly under a month.
I ordered a Blackbird on May 10 and got a notice on June 4 that it's been shipped and is supposed to arrive on June 6. So that's under a month, which is what I was led to expect. If you want...
I read up on permethrin and found out that it's extremely toxic to fish and cats. Since I have cats, I'm going to have to do additional research. One person here mentioned soaking a sock in...
Maybe ordering and waiting is half the fun. It's like being a kid waiting for Christmas.
Great! When did you order? I've been waiting 3 weeks so I have a while to go still.
Where is Big Pine Lakes? Not N.C.?
Jeff's post is interesting. I'm a noobie and I have found that this forum is unlike any other I have been on. The culture here is very welcoming. Since this is basically all about sleeping, maybe...
Has anyone tried the Hennessy Radiant Double Bubble Pad? It is silvered and has bubbles in it and looks like it should work better than a windshield reflector. See: ...
Newbie question here: Is bunking what I think it is? Can someone explain?
I'm a noobie, been on the Forum for a couple of weeks. I also participate in bicycling forums and I've lurked at some others. I have never seen a forum as welcoming and civilized as this. Does the...
4th4, I sent you a PM.
How about an unused HH Asym Classic for $130?
Hi. I have a barely used HH Explorer Deluxe Asym Zip with snakeskins. It's the same hammock as the Expedition (I believe) but a tad larger for better sleep. It's $230 new. How about $130...
I just checked in with Brandon and he says lead time is three weeks. I've been waiting a week already. I guess this is the price you pay for a well made domestic product rather than something from...
I'm a newbie here. Could someone please explain to me the difference between Dynaglide and Amsteel. Why is one better than the other? Where do you purchase them?
I just placed the same order. Can't wait.
I just ordered a WBBB. I'll let you know how long it takes, for group reference.
Ingesting potassium, whether from food sources, supplements, or sports drinks, is a preventative measure. The mustard is for when the cramp strikes. The first time I tried it I was so surprised at...
If you decide to buy one, I have a never-used Hennessy Explorer Deluxe Asym Classic that I will sell for $150 including shipping in CONUS.
Next time you feel a cramp coming on, try a teaspoon of mustard. Pickle juice works, too, but I can't drink it. It is most probably the vinegar in each that does the trick, and it does work, and...
What is a bishop's bag. Thanks.
She's a good woman, for sure. But she is smart enough to enjoy me hanging from some trees while she has the house to herself. I like that about her.
