I got my hammock today and set it up in my basement and I used the hang calculator and man this thing is nite and day from my amazon hammock. Very comfy I do have some adjustments to play with tho....
This is good information, I had never heard of dispersed camping. Also downloaded the Dyrt app ty for that!
I was going to get the forest green but last minute changed my mind.. where do you get zingit from?
That’s Good to know! What did you use for ridge line material? I got the coyote brown hbu?
I did choose the structural ridge line as an add on.
Pulled the trigger on the Dutch 12’ does anyone know If that will come with the ends already gathered and ready to hang? I chose the 8” loop options for suspension.
That’s good to know! I read your message before your post. Thank you
Will as in do not currently? I didn’t find anything on dutch’ website.
Does anyone know if there is a 360* bug net on the market for a 12’ hammock. I’m leaning towards the 12’ from Dutch. Don’t really care to become a seamstress to make my own. If I cannot find a source...

I have 2 actually one for my head and the other I have tried to use under my legs/knees
So the more I think about this and look at other brands I really think the excess width is part of my issue and maybe length also I’m leaning towards the Warbonnet blackbird xlc. Do any of you guys...
I have laid in a bridge don’t recall the brand but I could not imagine trying to sleep in that thing. Didn’t matter how I laid I was not comfortable. It had some protective pieces stitched down each...
shug I have watched a great many of your videos much appreciated.
Lol that’s no joke!!!
I was looking at the 11 and 12 footer from Dutch. Also the warbonette blackbird. In my mind more length and less width would be an advantage and size isn’t really a big deal to me and I have a 13’...
I don't sleep well in a hammock either. However, the net benefit for backpacking means i take the hammock anyway. The alternative is worse. I really need to be on my side for airways to work best, so...
I will keep you updated hopefully we can both figure this out, I’m not ready to give it up but after kayaking all day and not being able to get a good nites sleep is tough.
Ok guys I’ve owned hammocks in the past I’ve don’t a lot of day lounging in them but for some reason I cannot get comfortable enough to sleep over nite in one. I’ve done a lot of reading on the...
