Around the 10 min mark he explains how to stake out the hammock. You may need to make the "V" longer or use more stakes depending on the type of soil.

The only difference between Zing-it and Lash-it is the color. Zing-it is yellow or red, Lash-it is grey.

I like 1.75mm Lash-it/Zing-it. There are a few brands of reflective cords that are pretty popular too.

For those on a budget, that can't, or don't want to spend so much on 30' of Kevlar straps, you can use mule tape from the CL to your Kevlar tree straps. I just got 50' of 3/8" MT for $7.13 delivered...
