Did you notice if one side of the amsteel loop takes most of the weight at the spreader bar? It seems on mine that the top loop take most of the weight. I'm at about 10 nights with no issues.

I like that ridgeline idea. After using a sock with my bridge, it would have been nice to have a taught ridgeline to keep the sock away from my face.
