    Thanks everyone of the info. I had a large thermarest for shoulder to knee then a small one from knee down. With a old coleman peak mummy bag I was warm at a recorded 27 degrees last night :D

    Get drawing Chees.
    You can try the plastic zip ties ( somepeople may call them quick ties) for the ends that way when you finish using as a UQ you can simply cut them off.
