I too spliced my Zingit to my stakes and such. Glad I did, but went through several "needles" doing it. It took so much pressure pushing on them that they would bend.

Sorry, I guess my setup isn't "exactly" the same. I use Tarp Door Hooks, but use them the same way as the buckles in the video.
