Hammock Forums member twotreez is out on the trail right now. He started the trail on Tuesday May 28th.
His blog is 'TWO FEET WIDE'.
He hasn't written much yet, but I'm sure he'd be stoked to get...

Fronkey Vote Bump!
Just put in my daily votes.
Bump to the top... let's keep it going!
I did as well... haven't heard anything yet.
I think it's just cut down in height... hard to tell because there isn't any info out there any longer.
Here is the old store link... http://www.woodgaz-stove.com/mini-fancee-feest-stove-only.php...
I am looking for the Mini version of Zelph's Fancee Feest stove. This one was slightly smaller than the one he sells now, the Mini is shown on the left.

If you've got one PM me or email...
clean,
Just look in your mailbox... Dutch has probably anticipated and shipped your order already
If possible I'll take 4 small as well (in addition to my earlier post #20) to 98117.
Let me know what we owe you.
Thanks for your generosity!
I'll take 4 of the larger ones to 98117. Please let me know what I owe you.
I'll be proud to represent Sector 7. Thank you Shug for all you've brought to the conversation.
East Bank Loop (Ross Lake).
Enchanted Valley (Hoh Rainforest).
Enchantments (Leavenworth).
I usually carry 4 foot straps and a pair of dog bones... If I'm going somewhere that I know has the potential for HUGE trees I'll replace one of the straps with an 8 footer. I then accept the fact...
Please do!
You could try adding some rigidity by filling them with spray foam.
It was a beautiful site....
The weather definitely pushed the limits of the kit I had with me though.
I really enjoyed meeting and hanging out with the guys.
Thank you Jose for organizing it......
I have what may be a really dumb question... having never been to this area, how do we find the hang location?
I've checked the link and it has directions to the trailhead, but it doesn't have...
Bryan,
Any chance that you're going to offer the end caps separately on your website?
Customer service and shipping speed.
Seriously though, I am a big fan of the Wasp... it just makes hanging tarps with a CRL so easy.
Wraith,
The Whoopie Hook is still available and has no issues. The Speed Hook has been pulled from the site, Dutch is working on a solution as we speak.
The difference is that the speed hook...
It looks like twotreez and I won't be able to get over there until the morning of the 21st. Hopefully there will still be some trees left .
I guess we could also get off of our butts and...
I just received my order from [email protected]...
I ordered sets of both the 1" and the 2" straps. I haven't had a chance to weigh them yet, but my initial impressions are that these are really...
+1 on contacting Dutch. I'd bet that he has it in the mail before you decide it's what you want... scary fast service.
Awesome! Thanks!
100 feet on the way
Any final word on the details?
u.willie,
Can you throw a link up to that? I can't seem to find it on WM's website.
Thanks
Has anyone tried using Hammock Anchors with DynaGlide? I know that the site has a statement about using only 7/64 Amsteel... but I'm sure that some rebellious soul on here has broken the law. I am...
I use Picharpak line for mine. It lights up pretty well, but it is a little stiff.
If you aren't a huge, OCD gram weenie (like me) the Lawson Glowire lights up like a fireworks show.
I'd be in for Black!
Disregard this post.
The 'Tiny' cord locks (like what ZPacks has) for the 1/16" shock cord.
And the elusive <0.5 oz/ft 2" webbing that would work for tree straps
And some more subdued colors for the 1.0...
Does anyone know whether the standard HG cuben sleeves are a single or two piece design?
I'm only asking because when I ordered them with my Standard Hex Tarp I got the two piece... a friend and I...
Thanks MDSH.
Brien - nope, a double-sided stuff sack (or Bishop Bag) is just that, snake skins are long tubes that slide on. Another advantage of snake skins are that you retain the length of the tarp when...
I'm familiar with the ENO also. I was thinking of a single point suspension that went from a tree hugger through a standoff ('Y' shaped stick, etc) that contacted the tree, and then down to the...
Awesome! Don't supposed you have a pattern handy?
TH - that looks awesome! Do you think it would be possible to hang it from a single point using something like Dutch Double Hammock Whoopie Hooks?
Thanks Boston.
For those of you who are using Dynaglide for their suspensions... how long a bury did you use on your continuous loops?
Thanks.
Nevermind, the man answered.
Crazy question... could the Hookworm be used like a SpeedHook with a Dynaglide suspension?
Kyle,
What would be the advantages of the 1.1 Poly Double-grid over the 1.0 HyperD?
Order #1092... I can't wait!
I'm thinking of making a gathered end hammock... I'm thinking 11' by 60". I want it to be as light as possible and I need some advice on what material I should use...
Dutch PolyD 1.2
Ripstop...
TATO,
Very cool.
Does the option with Mini Biners on your website come with the Mini Carabiner with Eyelet? I'm just curious b/c the pictures show a standard large biner.
Thanks.
Is there any more information on this?
I also use a kilt for lower body rain protection. For my "door mat" I use a USPS Priority Mail Tyvek Envelope slit down the long side.

I refer to my current suspension as "the one I will use until Dutch comes out with his next item".
Tumbleweed: Probably about 20' or so.
