Those are actually his UHMWPE straps, not the kevlar ones. I don't see the kevlar straps listed anywhere on ebay, you'll probably have to contact him directly for information.

This is what I do for one end of my tarp's continuous ridgeline. On the other side I tie a trucker's hitch. Very easy, no hardware, and it comes apart with no trouble when I need to break camp.
