Thanks for the suggestions I will have to look o to these. The hitch style probably will not work since there are 2 of us and we both need 1 for our dream hammocks.

So we are traveling the country in our RV now and are finding some places do not have trees or do not allow you to tie to them. Living in an RV I have limited tools so a DIY project is out therefore...
So thanks to looking up videos by Pharroah I found a link on his videos about www.fs.usda.gov and they have tons of campgrounds most of which are less then 2 hours from us. We are pretty close to The...
Actually we just were in Colorado Springs recently. We loved it. Definitely going back but probably not this year. We are here till September then trying to get to north Cali area this fall and then...
Actually yes. We sold our house in TN although we still have a storage unit there. Now we are traveling the US in our RV. I am a travel nurse now so we are in each location for 3-6 months. Want to...
We just got to the LA area and are looking for a place to hammock camp within 1-2 hours drive. Anybody know of a place. We were going to go the Santa Cruz Island but it's super expensive due to the...
Also if you chose not to go with dutch a Byer of Maine can be a good route too depending on your height. I have had one over 6 years and it comes with a net for mosquitoes. I am 6'3" and push the...
I am 6'3 and my wife is 5'11 we both have dream hammocks and love them. We went with the 11' hammocks but now that we have had them for a while I would say we could probably get away with 10'...
Correct sorry if you misunderstood that, but most tarps do not come with cordage unless you are buying used. Good move using a pad. It will take a bit to dial in your setup each time will get better...
Count me in, Now I wish Stefi and I (Paul) had 2 seperate accounts here.
I do not have one so let that be my disclaimer...But from my experience with those who do have them, the people who tend to buy these are the ENO people who haven't seen a real quality setup. People...
Talk to Randy at Dream hammocks he has them
Hmmmm....I might have to try that with my UQ. Thanks for the idea. :)

This could have a use even outside of hammocks, such as tent camping, climbing, boats, maybe even motorcycles. Randy makes awesome products. I have been thinking of scetching something for him to...
Sorry we cant make it to this one guys. We will be with friends in KY on Saturday and I have school project to do on Sunday. Oh well we had a great time while we were there Memorial day weekend....
An underquilt and use a sleeping bag as a top quilt if you want to save money. Socks can mean the difference in cold or warm for me. If my feet get cold I get cold.
P.S typo in the title...
Beautiful hammock. I wish we knew about the water bottle holder when we ordered ours. Very nice! :)

Thanks for the heads up
OK WOW, this is the coolest thing since sliced bread. I already bought my 20 degree UQ from UGQ but had I not this may have helped me make the decision between full length and 3/4
Thank you Rex. We received the sleeping bag and it will work well for Paul. We are still looking for another bag for Stefi. If anyone has a down bag for up to $150 please let us know.
Thanks for the info guys I appreciate it.
So we had a few old (10-20 years) down sleeping bags given to us. They seemed damp and there appears to be a residue on the outside of the bag, I have concerns about mold. My question is, is there...
What are you using for the little one? That is a neat idea.

Where did you find this info. I use a seresto collar on my two dogs works well but I will say it last about 5-6 month on my 2 rather than the 8 months they advertise. but still worth the money, plus...
I sleep mostly on my right side and find my left lay hammock comfortable. I like my head to face the outside with my feet/legs to the left. The hammock hugs my back this way very nicely. I also find...
I am not too fimilar with clamshied...Are these down or synthetic...Is that what clamshield is?
Fetch I sent a PM
Thanks for the reply guys, I guess I should mention a price point I was hoping to stay under $300 for the 2 of them There is some flexibility there but not a whole lot and maybe this is a pipe dream....
On the big agnes betty what size person would it accomadate, my wife is 5'11"
Also what size do the 2 sleeping bags stuff down too? Pack size? Are they both down bags?
I am looking for 2 down sleeping bags they don't have to match, and if you only have 1 thats fine too. Basically im too cheap to buy a top quilt and i am looking for someone that just has one or two...
I am a member on one forum that requires 50 post count AND 6 months of membership in good standing before you can post for sale or even buy from the for sale section. Its totally closed from viewing...
My wife and I have 2 of the old style byer hammocks we have had them about 11 years now, these do not have the fiberglass poles at all, they have held up well only problem I would say is my 6'3" self...
We have 2 of these. havent had much use yet but they will soon.
From the title I was afraid the worst had happened, like a actual theft or a bad tear or something. Sorry for your loss but just show her the color options on Randys site and she will give yours up...
I love both my tarps a tadpole with doors and pole mod and a bullfrog currently without pole mod but that may be changing soon.
Cool Dutch, thanks for the info. I need a few things from your site but have been waiting to make it worth the shipping.
No I just need one kit, but the bullfrog kit is more expensive than the tadpole kit. Oh well I think I will bite the bullet and pay for the WL one.
I use my pole mod over a CRL, with no issues. I was just looking for a cheaper option over the WL pole mod since I will need 2 for the huge bullfrog.
Ewker this was especially for you
Hey Dutch are you going to get pole mods back on the site in the future. I want to get some for my WL bullfrog.
We might be able to make this one. We just have to wait for Paul's schedule to be posted.
Please let us know once the votes are tallied. :)
That is our graduation weekend so I might have to work. Will let you know if we can make it. Sounds like fun. :)

I think the only real concern people have with an 11' hammock is finding a tarp that cover that distance. I have an 11' WL tadpole on mine and it works fine, but I have doors to it if the weather...
I would recommend the HyperD I have it on the inside layer of mine and it feels like sleeping on silk. If you only want single layer though it may not be what you want because of its stretch though....
It has been so awesome meeting all of you. We are having a wonderful time dispite the rain. Best camp food ever!!! Looking forward to more fun today. :)
Posting from my DangerBird while listening...
Paul and I will bring hotdogs and buns for supper. For breakfast we will bring turkey bacon and campfire coffee. It looks like the numbers are coming up so we might need to go buy more food. We...
Just looking up the weather report there is a 60-70% chance of rain, I know things can change between now and then but just make sure you bring your rain gear. Guess I can finally try out our 2 new...
