Thanks for taking a peek, Shug. :thumbup1:
Nothing better than gently swaying in a hammock...mother nature's changing moods, wildlife encounters & just the challenge of walking new terrain is all a bonus...thanks Charlotte.
Thanks alt.thomas...a little wilderness wandering keeps the soul happy.
A little warm, a little overgrown...but the views were worth it.

Enjoyed your overnighter...and a total transformation from how you were feeling on the first day. ;)
Perseverance wins out...well done.
Love the hiking /hanging trips reports...in lands so far far away. Especially one's I'd Iike to visit. [emoji106]
Thanks Charlotte...the mob of emu's were a bonus. :shades:

Welcome to the forum, Beerfrog...as iceman said looks like a good spot for a hang.
It was just a final update on the longevity of cuben/dyneema fabric used in my tarp...roughly 24-36 overnighters per year over a 9 year period. With the occasional bike camp thrown in.
Info may...

Mystical...ethereal....boundary to another realm ?
Nice shots, infrastellar.
So that's what it's going to look like when I'm being cremated...
Nice warm & fuzzy feeling in a snowscape though. Funky print. :shades:
Correct st4hangin, from the top of the pole to the ground so you can tension your tarp ridgeline against it.
Have fun paying with your new purchase.
Could be my eyes but I can't see the tieout for the tarp extension section, otherwise it could break.
You tension the guidelines against the structural rigeline for that perfect hang every time.(gathered end hammck) Quicker to set up.
You can set up without a rigeline on a bridge but there's a...
