Mine are going strong too. However I will be selling TQ and UQ soon. Too warm for my 3 season journeys. Keeping the 3/4 one though...out or my cold dead hands.

But they are not in Utah.
Not in Utah huh? So nice of them to turn around at...
Considering campsite and being adopted, I should add I must use a CPAP if I don't want to fall asleep half way down the A section. I can plug it into the van, but the van has to be within 50 feet....
I am so in! Driving in from Ohio but worth the miles. I float fished Green River years ago and came home and immediately bought a pontoon of my own. I'll be bringing 3 tenkara rods so others can...
a bunch of malarkey spelled with part of my name. my friends say it fits.
Very gracious of you. Your home state is indeed a thing of beauty.
Very nice review and especially the side by side by side photos. Timely as well as I'm in the market to set up my nephew; a cute little guy who is 6'2" :scared:
Maybe that is the southern hemisphere version...
I think you need to get rid of that Emberlit...you know, for the wife
the UQ, in it's stuff sack, is the size of a VW
attached. snake skins. lazy.
mighty fine setup you went with. congrats!
I'm watching this with interest. I think when I get one I will chop it up to be a TQ configuration but I haven't decided on the brand/fabric.
Leighlo. Love it.
Later.
"Socks" is obviously a criminal. He has not one, but two electronic ankle devices on. Glad you made it out unscathed.
Obermeyer makes fantastic stuff. Great price too.
check again...i think it went through this time
PM sent to you. let me know if you didn't get it. PM seems hinky this am.
Oh I want to make it this year! Not much of a hiker though (flatlander in the mountains trying to breath? I don't think so!) and have never backpacked so I'll probably base camp somewhere and...
I have a new style BMBH I bought off a forum member about 8 months ago. Set it up a couple of times but haven't spent a night in it and don't think I ever will....I just love my Switchback too much....

Glad you found a saw you can live with.

Fish on!
Nice UQ. Wait until you see her TQ---YUM!
Nice nice rods and fish!
Personally, I look at that creek and think Tenkara-jealous for sure.
Fine camping spot as well.
Sometimes I want to use my finish nailer
Roll and sew. Roll and sew......
2nd for the rings if Injun doesn't
Just goes to show the FDA doesn't know everything . Congrats and hopes for continued relief!
I haven't made one yet but thought I might make a triangular pillow to fit a bit better. Put a retention cord on one of the points.
Yep, that is my method as well. Easy peasy to sew up.
A truely portable simple stand.
About an hour after I wrote my response I realized you probably live in a more hospitable clime than I . Heal well and ride on.
All these suggestions are good choices to try. Hopefully...
Wise only if you don't move while sleeping which will be the case in conventional bed also :scared:. Your body will tell you how NOT to be so try starting out in a 45* angle on left shoulder. You...
Most excellent TZ and you've given me an idea for a lightweight tenkara fishing vest.
I use those biners all the time. No problem. No sign of wear or warping.
Mine is part of my last name...and part what I'm frequently accused of being full of.
I had a KAQ new river and sold it to a friend who uses it on her ENO. She loves it.
BTW the only reason I sold it was I found I prefer down. Otherwise, KAQ is a mighty fine UQ.
I recently bought one of these

First I'd like to compliment whatever mods arranged for links to appear in a new tab/window. I'm trying to get the other forum I frequent to do that. (how's that for the beginning of a criticism...

I have 2 and 4. As Pips says, basically the same...but
2 is nice as no back-up knot is needed but harder for me to finely tune
4 adjusts much easier for me but requires a back-up knot
I wonder if red is a bad choice for strap color; just like a red car oxidizes quicker than other colors?
Great video as always!
One thing I love about my recumbent is there is always room for a camelback behind you. Drinking from a tube is easier than messing with bottles.
Hate hills too. Way...
