I would say Red Top Mountain but it looks like they have an event going on there this coming weekend so the campsites will most likely be all booked up.

Welcome to the Forum! I'm just a little north of you in Ringgold so maybe we will run into each other on a trail or something!
They are on the Ball out there now! I ordered a ridgerunner and lynx underquilt yesterday morning and I just received the shipping notice! I can't believe it!
I think he went up on just about all the handcrafted stuff. I know the price was up atleast $10 on the ridge runner and Lynx underquilt I just ordered. Still very much worth it though.
I have been a hammock user for almost a year now and i absolutley love my WBBR XLC. I am however curious about a bridge style hammock. I am a side and stomach sleeper most of the time and while it is...
No I didn't see any signs where we were at. I know they are in there though because I have ran into them further up this same trail in the past.
This is the first time I have gotten around to posting a trip report. I have been trying to record my trips with my GoPro so I can show my friends and family how great it is to get out there. The...

Well when I was researching quilts for my BB XLC I found that a majority of people on this forum with a BB either used hammock gear quilts or underground quilts. I myself went with the later and it...
I'm going to try to make it to one of the meriweather lewis hangs. It's only a couple of hours from me so it would be a good oppurtunity to meet everyone in the area.
Welcome from North Georgia!
Welcome from Ringgold Georgia. Your going to love your hammock and tarp.
Finally received my quilts today. Other than USPS turning a priority 2 day delivery into a 5 day delivery I am very happy. I took the quilts out and inspected them and I am very impressed. Hopefully...
Yeah I can't wait to see something in East Tennessee or North Georgia also. Still new to the hammock way of life so the Roan mountain group hang is a little out of my reach at the moment.
Congrats on your first Hammock! I just recently recieved mine myself. I would think you should start saving up for an underquilt but if you do some research you will find many instances where people...
Welcome from North West Georgia over in Ringgold!
Can't wait for this one. I am torn between a DIY alcohol stove and a jetboil system just for the ease of use. A video on cook pots will help considerably I imagine..:D
Nice!! I have heard alot of good things about the burrow and Incubator. Welcome back to the States!
Keep an eye open on the For Sale sub forum. There are people all the time posting tarps for sale. If your money is kind of tight you can always go to your local store (i.e. Walmart or Local Hardware)...
well just a basic backpacking set will include:
1) Bag
2) Sleeping system (Hammock or other)
3) Insulation (Top Quilt/Bottom Quilt, Sleeping bag/CCF pad)
4) Way to cook your food (Alcohol...
I have read several times on these forums how good the customer service is with our Cottage vendors but it's one thing to read about it and something all together different to experience it...
Welcome from North Georgia
Mine took roughly 2 weeks. Brandon is really pumping them out
Knowing my luck I would practice and practice until I could do it no problem and then when I would go to video it something would break..lol.
Yeah I would say it all depends on where you live or where you are going to be hanging. Also you could look into the quilt protector that 2QZQ has. According to Shug it adds anywhere from 5 to 10...

Welcome from North Georgia!
We'll the wait is mostly over!!! USPS dropped off my hammock and tarp today. I strung it up in the yard and tried it out and man is it comfortable..lol. Started to take a nap but a serious case of...
Take a look at the zeppelin from underground quilts and the incubator from hammock gear I believe. Seems like those two cottage vendors are the choices most people go with for the WBBB. I'm sure...
Dutchware has some options for holding the UQ in place as well. If you have a standard Hammock without a integrated bug net there is some real handy clips that look to be super easy to use.

That is an epic photo. Looks like something you would see on one of those motivational posters..lol. Great job on the conversion to the "dark side"!
That's a great sticker. All that's missing is the Indian head. I would proudly place that on my rear bumper
Welcome from North Georgia!
Way to think outside the box! Welcome from North Georgia
Your Zeppelin looks great! My flight jacket and zeppelin are on order. One of the main reasons I went with UGQ is all the great reviews they had and their nice choice in colors.
I'll have to check those out. Thanks Dutch!
Welcome from North Georgia!
After reading some advice left on another post about how to keep your UQ from slipping, I went to Dutch's site to pick me up some quilt hooks. I was mildly disappointed to see that they are not...
