Agreed with the bridge hammock suggestion in my WBRR I still use a knee pillow but I have trash knees and I set it level not head high but with a pillow it's super comfy. :)

Like others have said tarp skins are great especially with lager tarps and leave line attached.
I have the sea to summit medium with soft fleece side it's ok i keep it with me but I always use my thermo-rest squishy, never got used to the air pillows, also have a jacked up neck though.
