I have a chameleon in 1.0. I’d love a Cloud version.
I'm confused about the listed pack sizes. Are the Ohm and Gorilla size Medium torso with Large hip belts?
heavy and bulky and unventable.
11’ vs 10’....
Wooki XL
But, why Wooki? Heavy.
Looks much better. Your ridge line seemed way too high and the “sag” was less than flat. Just not quite right before.
Also practice with ideals. 15’ tree span. 6’ high on the tree. 30 degree...
Just looking at the photo, I wouldn't be comfortable in that hammock either.
I love a Trail Lair, however I owned a 1.1 ripstop that I hated. Now very happy with 1.0 Hexon. For what it’s worth, also loved a 1.0 Robic Streamliner.
Same here.
You can actually use a 10' tarp with an 11' hammock. Not ideal, but you can do it. I have done it.
Smoking deal
I'm 6' and get along more than fine with a 45" UQ. In the past I had an even shorter Revolt UQ, also fine.
3D printer. I imagine you'd have thought of this if you owned one. I bet if you ask around, you'll find someone who has a printer and could knock it out for you. Or, maybe new business idea...
I’ve not used them but used to use their whoopies and straps. Would have no issue with the buttons. I use soft shackles now.
Thank you for relaying the info George.
Maybe y'all just want to post it? I scanned the video and didn't find it. 2 hours..
That's super long. Any idea whereabouts in the video "the answer" is?
I’ve always been intrigued by the hammock and 10.5 is a fine length for my 6” body, but honestly I’ve yet to hang in it. I also have a 1.0 Chameleon and I like it, but like you mentioned earlier,...
Not exactly, but too much.
I have a 1.6 half wit I would sell you.

Your video says it's 1.1 Robic.... Very confused.
Which lay on the Darien, assume 11' length, and does it have the Ridgeline?
You are going to get deleted for having more than 3 items btw.
I'd buy used and find something you truly like. I've not owned a Warbonnet hammock, but I hear they are particular when it comes to getting just the right hang. That might dissuade a new person to...
Get a 20. If you must go into lower temps, use your puffy at the foot end and cover your feet. Put a sit pad behind your shoulders/butt and wear more clothing. You'll be fine.
Ok. So, the Small/Medium. GLWYS.
Size of the Klymit, and you have the Airbeam for it?
I would probably do it, but then again maybe not as a Wooki wouldn’t be my choice if I was concerned with weight.
Do the prices include shipping?
I believe I have a set, but they're spliced onto whoopies.
I’m thinking my planned trip may get cancelled. Fingers crossed it doesn’t.
If you were to sell it without the hip belt, what would be the price?
I’ll take it. Give me til tomorrow to pay please
I’ll take it. Top quilt.
Hmmm. Best of luck with the new venture. I'm not the target market for these, but it seems that they have a loyal following.
Everyone knows single malt is lightest.
LOL. I recently got 5 carbon fiber stakes that weigh only 2 grams each. My brain would explode using those shackles. Only whiskey gets a pass for weight.
But how much weight did the dye add?! ;)
I have a tendency for OCD, but the bunching doesn't really bother me as I can make it neat again with very little trouble.
I think, based on my experience at 160lbs with Hexon 1.0 that your weight and the 1.0 fabric weight, regardless of if it will support you, will make for an uncomfortable hang. I'm all for knowing...
If you want a real, valid recommendation, you have to list all your gear. Everything else is just conjecture. FWIW, carrying 50 lbs..
Are you short and skinny? Makes it easier.
DCF, tiny tarps, lightest weight cordage, ¾ length quilts. 950fp. Removable bugnet, tiny bugnets, less stuff, no stuff sacks, UL packs, UL fabrics. Less stuff. Same as traditional UL.
Are you sold on the Chameleon? It's a fine hammock, I have one, but it's not the lightest in the bunch, for what it is. If you're weight conscious and you don't have to have a super full coverage...
This has to be the weirdest thing you've made yet by a good margin.
Try the DCF. I was a stalwart asym silpoly user for many years. I even had a DCF one for a minute. Then I came into a crazy deal on a DCF with doors and decided to give it a whirl. While my asym was...
Yeah, you can't go by weight alone. Hexon is different than Robic/MTNX, etc. It's all slightly subjective too so...best of luck.
It's a massive difference, but you immediately get used to it. And like others have said, they can pack smaller than you initially think. I pack mine very tightly.
Hadn't seen the Turtle Ties before. Pretty cool. Doubt I'll switch anything at this point, but pretty cool (not $8 each cool).
The weight and bulk of other suspensions.
I'd snip that D ring off if you're not going to use it. I feel like there should be a slotted, slip on webbing type of D ring. Quick search says there isn't however.
