thanks guys
I'm too lazy to do the buries, so I was hoping to buy it completed somewhere or easily add the nama claws without cutting either end. I didnt think about taking the wasp off. Thanks for the info.
Hi All,
I want to purchase a Dutch continuous tarp ridgeline with dutch hook on one end, wasp on the other end, and nama claws in the middle. Does anyone sell this setup? Or, will a Dutch hook...
Payment received! Will PM the tracking info later tonight.
you got it, jkeeper.
1 lb, 10.5 oz in stuff sack.
I'm not 100% sure, but I believe it was 850 GD. It's not the newer "UltimaDown" he uses now. This was before that.
Selling my UGQ 20* full length under quilt. This is a few years old but have had it out less than 10 times. It is regular width and length. Black outside, coyote brown inside. Is in excellent,...
As of now, it looks like I will be able to make it. I might have to catch up with you all at camp, though.
What better way to spend Earth Day!
Thanks for planning this, Gideon! It was fun!
I'll see you a little before 10am on Saturday.
Looks like it will be downright frigid. Can't wait. :)
Looks like I can make this one! It is going to be close to a new moon, so if it is clear, it should be a great night for star gazing. I might bring my camera stuff and try out some time lapses.
Hi everyone. I'll put this on my calendar. It'll be nice to meet some new MO hangers.
Nice write-up, Skygzr!
the trash was the worst I've seen on any trail. I'll tend to ignore a can or wrapper here and there, but this got so bad that we just couldn't bare to leave it.
I think Skygzr got into some Saturday. Thankfully I avoided all the chiggers and ticks. Maybe the Permethrin-soaked pants and long-sleeve shirt helped.
The trip report is up! ...
7 of us hiked the 19 mile Irish Wilderness loop in mark Twain national Forest this weekend. We met Friday morning and left the trail about 10am. The day was very hot and humid. We did 8.6 miles to...
This one was an adventure. Trip report and pics coming!
Nice list! I think you'll be plenty comfortable hauling that.
I'm actually looking forward to some rain. Cant wait!
Nice base weight! This will be my first outing with the kilt. I kind of hope I get to use it, but not all weekend. :)
I will be at the trail head before 10:00 am Friday morning.
Mine is really good. Lucky for you guys, I'm ineligible for the prize. :D
Don't forget to bring along a limerick to read to the group Friday night. The best one (as voted by the group) gets a brand spankin' new Opinel.

You guessed it! I might be replacing my DIY top quilt with a synthetic liner. We'll see how it works out.
Skygzr, it's a free website. Go to www.lighterpack.com and sign up.
If one more piece of gear comes in before the trip, I'll be 7 ounces lighter.
Here ya go.. http://lighterpack.com/r/dnhqsk
LOL. I have been toying with my setup a lot this summer and added a few key pieces of gear that dropped my weight considerably. This trip, for me, is going to be an exercise in how low I can go for...
I might have you both beat this time. :D
I'm thinking 10am should be early enough. Do you agree, Gideon?
Are you sticking with esbit? I'm changing mine up for this trip. I'm going with esbit and a new stove after many years of using alcohol.
I'm with you, Gideon. I hope it's cool.
That means don't tie your horse to a tree. Use something like a highline instead, so the tree is not damaged.
Enter me in the giveaway, please. I have a friend that I'd pay it forward to. Thank you for your generosity!
Sounds great! welcome to MO!
Awesome! Looks like we will have a good sized group!
I felt the need for a smaller summer pack, so I ordered a Zero (plus some other stuff). I'll still use my trusty Jam in the colder months.
yeah, I have some cuben goodness on order from zpacks! It should lighten my load considerably.
I can't wait! I have some new gear to try out on this hike.
Save the limericks for the hang, around the camp fire! :)
I like to do a fun little thing on most of our outings, so since we are visiting the Irish Wilderness, I thought this time we could each come up with an original Limerick to share around the fire the...
Sounds great guys! Hope you can make it!
Thanks for all the info, Gideon!
We're getting this one on the calendar early! Hopefully we'll see a good turnout.
3-day hike in the Irish Wilderness. Friday, September 18th through Sunday the 20th.
Here's info on the...
Cool!
Nice pics! I must've been very involved with my food.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to a great company. I ordered a set of 0* quilts and asked that I get them in time for a trip I have coming up. I received them, not only in time, but 5 days...
