Title says what I'm looking for. Looking for regular torso.
Thanks
Justin
Closing thread, Dutch will make a tarp to my specs within my time frame! Thanks!
Looking for a dyneema tarp similar to the ZPacks 7x9 flat tarp or the tarp that was recently sold here;

Up for sale is an Amok Draumr (2019 version) and the new Skjold tarp. BRAND NEW! Never taken out of their stuff sacks. I went a radically different direction with my shelter and will not need these....
Sold! Thank you!
That is my understand and I don't see why not.
Up for sale is a Hammock Gear Cuben Fiber (Dyneema) Palace Tarp with a 12' ridge line, door tie backs, and pullouts positioned for a bridge hammock. Purchased summer of 2017 and used on a half dozen...
Unfortunately I can't make it after all. Problem at work will require my attention. :(
I may be able to make this, but can't commit until later next week. This would be the first time going on a group hang, so I really want to try to make it.
I looked through my pics but I don't actually have any of the ambush installed on the hammock, but I do have one. It's a perfect match for the ridgerunner and I love it. I have a 20 degree.
It looks like they're off the site now. I'm hoping it's just a seasonal hiatus because I wanted to get one for the coming winter.
You can extend it to 20ish miles by continuing on the ridge and dropping back down later. Lots of possibilities in that area. The ridge is bone dry, though.
That's correct, their ruins can be found all over, from the time before steel mills
Last view, bisected by a powerline. North side.

My 16 year old nephew contacted me about wanting to go backpacking/hiking with me. Like any good uncle, I decided to toss him into the deep end with a strenuous 16.3 mile overnighter that would...
Yes, and it destroyed the screen of my touch screen GPS.
I now use picaridin.
The bolded. That's all I'm gonna say about it.
Good points, thank you.
I had a thread typed up and ready to submit, complaining about Backpacker ignoring cottage manufacturers, or, as they call them, "niche manufacturers", but I didn't submit.
I'm glad you did.

Thanks all!
SOLD/PAID! Thanks jhanc!
I feel I do. 12ft.
That's the standard Cuben fiber with doors from HG. I'm getting the palace, though, and put this one up for sale.
I use it an it's fantastic. I've used it on two trips so far, no slippage.
Up for sale is a Hammock gear Standard Cuben Fiber Tarp, with doors, 12ft ridge line, pull outs spaced for bridge hammock, and door tie backs. I feel I need the Palace to adequately cover my WBRR...
A friend and I went out for a 19.3 mile overnighter into the Forbes State Forest this weekend. I used AllTrails to trace out a custom loop using 4 different park maps and trails that saw little use....
This is from 6 weekends ago.
Alright got out for a quick over nighter on the LHHT. This was mostly to test a new hammock suspension and some other new gear, and chose this stretch because 1) I...
I also went to Dutch cinch buckles after fiddling with whoopies for a while. I had a hard time getting them adjusted properly for my WBRR and found that I had to pay real close attention to tree...
I did that loop last year and will do again this year! It was a fantastic trek and I spent the night on the AT.
You're welcome!
I have a full length 20 degree UQ.
I prefer the pad for comfort.
I didn't have any issues with the tapered cut. I like this pad very much for 1 pound.
Had my first night with my 40 degree bandit, got down to upper 50s, stayed toasty warm!
Thanks UGQ, this thing rocks!
So sitting here in camp after a night using the pad mentioned above, in my RR.
I can say it worked great and was extremely comfortable. It got down to the upper 50s at night and kept my backside...
Sorry I didn't see this sooner. It was colder than expected so I went UQ instead. I'll be trying the pad coming up in June and will report back
I don't build camp fires when I solo, but I recently hung in a shelter area where everyone else had a fire. The smoke hung in the area and now all of my gear smells.
I've accepted that unless I...
Shug's channel, which I stumbled upon by accident, got me into hammocking, so, Shug. :)
I also like Sintax77.
Hey that's me! I'm going out next weekend. Haven't nailed down where yet. Maybe a loop using part of AT.
That's off topic though. :D
My renegade is 52" so I think I'll be happy with 55" in the bandit.
Well I'll be the guinea pig. :) I have one coming and will try it out in two weekends.
I wonder if their new line of pads fit perfectly in it? They didn't specifically make the connection, but I agree with you, it seems that they're thinking that pads will be used in this hammock. They...
I can confidently say that my two, soon to be three, UGQs have features and quality that surpasses the big name brands of the outdoors gear world. Plus, an important part for me, you get to employ...
Well worth the wait, I'll add!
Instead of starting a new thread, thought I would just ask this here. Has anyone tried one of these S2S ultralight insulated pads in the large size in a ridgerunner?

UGH! I have a 20 degree Renegade, trying to decide if I need a 40 degree Bandit. I live in SW PA and most of my backpacking centers around a 300 mile radius from here, so it can get hot and humid in...
Hyperbole much? I've seen no bashing nor people cowering to an establishment.
Anyway, I watched both of those videos and it's definitely an intriguing hammock and it's nice to have more options.
I was able to get my 20f UGQ TQ and UQ plus two of the Dutch pillows in the large. Thanks HG!
Yeah, good point.
It is nice to see a company like REI acknowledge hammocking, even if theirs doesn't stick around long. I don't think our favorite cottage manufacturers have anything to worry about with REI putting...
