I think you'll be fine. I'm 6'3" 285lbs. and I sleep great in both of my 1.6 Hexon Dutch netless hammocks.

Brian, too strong how? Was there a smell remaining or through how the fabric felt? I know giving my stuff a good rinse helped removed any lingering smell and the residue feel. But, I soaked mine.

Good advice. No moose here, but we have some bears.

For the 40's, I'm told a PLUQ will work. And you can do the no sew option. If colder, maybe the PLUQ coupled with your pad(s).

So, it seems like my ENOS might be the thing to stick with - at least until I want to invest in a cheaper/lighter version of a full coverage net. Thanks
