Received the Incubator today. Very nice work. But the NR fits the NX-250 much better than the Incubator. So I need to get my 50 posts in so I can make someone a deal on a brand new Incubator.

I wear t shirt and shorts in my NX-250. Also don't care for the nylon against my skin and it makes me sweat. BTY the KAQ new river fits the NX very well.

NR already came in. Very nice and it fits the NX-250 like it was made for it. Even with my inexperience it was hung and adjusted in about 5 minutes.

Got my portable stand done and spent my first night in a hammock. Weather wise it was 72 in the living room.:) Slept fairly well. looking forward to putting it to use outdoors.

Point taken about the zipper. I am thinking along the same line of a huge bag to bundle up in and still be able to use it in tent.

The shakedown trip will be the three weeks this fall with maybe a night or two with the hammock before then. Even without the trailer I have huge Pelican cases so room not an issue.

Getting ready to order a full length UQ. Narrowed it down to either the KAQ New River or the HG Incubator. Anyone used both and have any comments? Thanks in advance for the help.

I cut the tubes and used short sections of 1 3/8" tubing to join with snap buttons. If you are trying to do something like drawn by gmcttr then these will not work.

Not sure what your working with, but here is mine. 1 1/2" .058 aluminum with 3" sections.
