Is Isacord 40 from Amann suitable for sewing pertex and m50 or should I go with something else?

I found the site while searching for the proper way to sew baffles to a top quilt.(Thanks Te-Wa) Probably should have named myself baffled.

I went with the kit from thru-hiker.Ordered last night, shipped this morning.I'm still going to order the impetus so I can compare the material.
