Have been pondering this setup as well, but I have a 61/2 ft bed with a camper shell that is flush with roof cf the cab. So not a lot of height. But gotta figure a way somehow, must have my hammock....

Late to the party, been sleeping in my setup every night since Sept.

I love my turtlelady (olddog version) stand. It is versatile & travels easily. I'll be using it tonight as matter of fact.
Another possibility would be to modify the swingset. You could cut toprail...

A Co. called pac-safe makes a setup for securing backpacks etc to any solid anchor (tree trunk) with a web of cable enclosing pack. Kind of heavy, but secure.
