I just pinched the middle of each baffle about a quarter inch and dead together. 10 minutes. Just eyeballed it

It got about 48. Managed just fine, but I did notice that I was compressing the down around my bum quite a bit. Glad it didn't get any lower.

I slept outside the other night and I got really cold because of the down compression. Hopefully this fixes it.

Just sewed a fold on each baffle.

I got 3 oz bags of it. I let the air out of each bag and cut into thirds. Immediately put each section of the cut down plastic bags into the top of my quilt that was hanging on my shower curtain....
