Now I noticed in cmc4free 's picture that his end cinches aren't cinched down.`So yeah that might have the culprit when I was trying it out.
I'll try it out later if it stops raining.
It does have the end cinches with cordlocks but it's not connected to the primary.
I already took out the primary shockcord so my friend could use it as winter blanket in her wheelchair.
I'll try...
Ok that's might be the easiest fix out there thanks.
Edit: yeah superior might not be the right choice of words didn't know how to express it
Honestly I can't really remember lol, I was going true my gear and found the uq back and remembered I had to put a secondary suspension on it but never came to it. I know I fiddled with it but always...
Shug to the rescue woo buddy. Hope all is wel is sector 7.
What are some of the better secondary suspension 'systems' on under quilts?
I have a 2/3 uq that came without it and its sagging too much. I wanne add one myself but not sure what's the best way to...
Wow I think I'll let this one slide.
Do you ship to Belgium?

I understand the taxes etc but the high shipping costs and admin fees (+paying taxes on the admin fees!) make the price ridiculious. I got into WB because of the possible upgrades that are possible...
Warbonnet has the uqp that you can zip to the bugnet or top cover. It's what they call the chinook. It protects not only the insulating part but the whole underside of the hammock. I like the idea as...
I've been looking for quite some time to get an uqp, occasionally posting in the WTB thread but no luck so far. I went to the website just to see how much a new one would cost me and holy smokes $174...

I am located in Europe Belgium. Prefer the camo version but any forest color will do, don't really care if it has the extra zipper track or not (=I wouldn't pay more for it if I can buy one with one...
What are the details on the top quilt? What kind of footbox, usage, price, shipping to Belgium etc?
You could just stretch the zing-it before you cut it to lenght and splice it. No need for mathematics.
Whoops I missed the poll on top of the page. I thought you wanted to know what a ridgeline is. I ll leave my answer up for others who happen on this thread unless someone points out I m wrong.
Btw:...
The hammock ridgeline is also referred to as the srl: structural ridge line. It can be any sort of line that has no or very little stretch. I prefer something that is able to hold my weight but it's...
Being able to see your uq doesn't do you much good when your *** is on the ground é. Sorry I couldn't help myself but I hope you can see the humor in it by now.
I've seen things like that before and they look like the perfect thing if they weren't so expensive. I haven't found them in Europe.
I also use shockcords but recently for closing the doors I don't go to the stakes but to the corner tie-outs. I m still playing around with this but for now I like how the doors overlap. I unhook at...
I've tried several methods and while I like the whipping method it still slips on me unles I tighten the whipping so hard it becomes a pain to adjust the ucr. Putting a thicker amsteel in a a...
Sorry bout neglecting the thread. Closing it now
I give it one more week...
Sewn or zipper footbox? What type of down,850 or 950? Interested in the topquilt not sure if I want a zipper in my hammock also don't really need a 20 as I have a 0 cumulus as well but would like a...

Can you explain your statement please?
Bumptibump, sill looking.
What is this thread about, what was the question?
Looking for some more dutch-bling after just testing out the beetle buckles. I prefer sew on dutch clips but whatever comes cheapest will be my choice.
Also looking for wb xlc uqp. I m hoping...
I'll take it
When I figure out shipping. I ll send you a pm.
Thinking 20 plus cheapest shipping possible for the beetle buckles without straps.
If anyone has a pair (or even just one) and is willing to ship to Europe Belgium.
I ve had it happen with my wooki, wasn't tripping but i wasn't sober either. The mini biner failed instead of the epdm elastic.
That's the "old style" whoopie, the upper grey one is the "new and improved" whoopie.
Suspension and straps separate from the hammock. I like being able to swap out the suspension easily for short hangs and keep my pack dry when they are wet.
Received the tarp, just strung it up and everything looks great.
Still looking for Dutch bling, but I 'll start a new thread soon
I believe OP is refering to a WB BlackBird not the RidgeRunner. Guess old shug got confused or I'm not getting the reference.
Maybe the ridgeline stretched a bit? Try looping the ridge line a turn or two around a mini-biner.
Yep still looking for some dutch bling
I'll take it, the kiss tarp.
Could you find out shipping costs? This is exactly what I m after.
I am located in Europe, Belgium
I'd like to get a Glasgow KISS or similar wide lightweight assym tarp in forest colors. I might consider other assym tarps or wide lightweight fabric to diy my own....
Maybe warbonnet uses the same size stuff sack for all their tarps? I first converted mine to a bbbag but I didn't like to wrestle to get my tarp in so I switched to a double sided stuff sack I had...
I am on the way home from a camp and am exhausted. I meant an assym tarp ofcourse that's why I mentioned the kiss tarp. I'll close this thread and start a new one. I m sorry for the confusion.
If u say so I have to believe you as I have never used them or even seen them irl. I have been thinking about diy-ing a single sleeve but for now I m happy with my set-up.
I use elastic hairties and a double ended stuff sack on my crl. I have never tried snakeskin, it just seems to me to just add a whole lot of bulk.
