You can get 10% off for signing up for their newsletter. Not 20%, but better than nothing if you are in a time crunch.
IIRC, they have a Memorial Day sale, but usually have one for spring equinox in March. I think I've seen them do a Presidents Day sale in Feb as well.
More often than not, I've seen the HG reps post here about the sales but I usually see the email first. No guarantees though...so I would sign up for notifications.
