It is great to see this idea take off this well.
I spent 30 minutes teaching part II of the Hammock MB yesterday to our troop. Went over the common knots and how they are used, reviewed the LNT principals, and basic hammock systems. Also talked about some of the innovations from some of our forum members. Maybe someone out there will get inspired enough to come up with next woopie-sling, or maybe a suspension-less hammock?
Very cool to share knowledge with others, and truly see them excited to learn it.
There was a thread earlier about a suspensionless hammock. It involved Chuck Norris, some sort of roundhouse kick, and Earth not wanting to risk another one. The president of my Crew tells Chuck Norris jokes incessantly. I should introduce him to the idea.Quote:
