Now that we have the when and where sorted out this will be the official planning thread.
I'm planning on bringing my 6 yr old son at least for one night of the hang so if anyone else has junior hangers feel free to bring them along.
Do you guys wanna do another potluck? Or just fend for ourselves?
Never been to a group hang. If I can work the schedule out either cooking arrangement works for me. I also have a son who will come along. He will be 17 by then.
As long as I can manage to keep that weekend free, I plan on trying to make it out. New to the forums and excited to meet some folks!

My grandson David wants to come so we'll play hooky from school and come up Friday. Looking forward to it. Pot luck Saturday sounds good.
Friday does sound good 2ply, Chigger will try to come down and we will most likely be there before dark.
All of you new folks in the N.Ga. area, or anyone else, this is a great chance to get in a hang without getting too far into the woods. This site is very easy to drive to and so if you just want to visit for a while during the day this is the place. I don't know much, but there will be many there who do, so a good place to get questions answered. For those of you who might wonder, these folks really like to welcome new hangers, so no awkward moments.
I'll try to be there! Sounds like a great time.
