Sherpa Hang this past weekend was great. It was a little hot at upper 80's but still nice when a cool breeze was in the air. The nights was cool at 62 Sat morning and 57 Sunday morning.
I really liked the cool nights. I hope Spring Fling has those cool nights but I could do without the warm day temps. At least we still have the pond to cool down in.
10 more days until we have a few nights in the woods. The nights are still in the mid 60's. I hope the days cool off a bit.
10 day forecast looks good for our Hang next weekend. Seems like the cold front coming thru this week will stick around for awhile. As of now, the highs for Salt Springs for Fri-Sun are 80,76,65 and lows are 59,47,46. Looks like 60% for rain on Sat.

I'm going to hike in Thursday. I should be at the trail head by 4 and at the pond by 5:30-6.

Fixed. My wife and I are also doing the Short to see the improvements on the trail. Looks like there will be a lot of napping with the rain coming. At least it'll keep the heat away.Quote:
