Always good to have some hand warmers or something similar you can use to add some heat if you are unsure if you will be warm or cold. Light, cheap and can make a huge difference.

Piling on with the head insulation comments - very important.
I use the Costco diamond down quilt folded lengthwise between my 20* UQ and Ridgerunner for extra insulation...been good down to 0*. Then for my feet I bought Amazon $20 goose down booties, they weigh nothing and crazy warm!
