    This is particularly helpful with the lightest weight straps such as kevlar, as they are really hard to untie after loading without this trick. This works great with the Becket or J Bend and ultralight straps.

    If you try it with the J-Bend you'll see there is a little problem with it.

    The little pull loop won't slide thru the MSH!

    However, there is a cure... you can use the tail of the slipped bight and the corresponding part of the strap on the other side of the slipped bight to pull in exactly the same fashion as the puller loop on the Becket. This is why I make the slipped bight so large when I do the J-Bend... in order to have plenty of material to grasp when doing this.
