Thanks Dave that looks great!!! Good base there; I don't think the approaching rain will even be enough to kill that before it gets cold tonight.

    Fingers crossed!

Dogger and I went and cleared 2 piles of downed trees coming in from hare trail. Should be good to come in that way as well. I am not sure how the road is other than looking this past Sunday. Looked like a few trucks and snowmobile tracks, have now idea if it is accessible. I would not try it in an impala.
We should have plenty of snow for pulks.

I’ll be there around noon on Thursday and plan to go in off Hare. I’ll throw a shovel in this time just for peace on mind.

Highs near 40°, but the precip seems to be early/late in the day so that should mean more ice/snow than rain. I'll take it. Definitely leaving the mukluks at home for this wet one.

I think I'll try Hare trail as well just for something new.

Fingers crossed they don't closed the bridge today so the wife gets home to take over kid duty oh my god I'm ready to pass the torch lmao. Luckily my house is on a small hill and hopefully the county comes out and does something with the rd I live on a dead end road so one way out and the way has a river running down it as big as the sturgeon and a acre pond at the bottom of a hill you have to go up. I took the wife's car to Gaylord yesterday and made it though fine but on the way back barely made it back though lol kids loved it. I have a mountaineer that should make it alright I told the wife to text me when she is almost here so I will test it out and go pick her up at end of road so her boss doesn't get her car stuck or ruined. Fingers crossed just moved here in nov. didn't see that coming. Was glad to see it snowing last night even though was a little excited about the thought of bringing a lighter sleeping bag lol.
