Man, I'm about to reach into my own pocket just to pay for this thread to go away. A quick email or phone call please to try and resolve this?
From what I can tell, the vendor agreed to clear up outstanding issues some time ago, and the thread was only active again once the OP posted to say that the vendor had not followed up whatsoever as promised. I agree with you on the complaining etc., But the thread is still valuable and it doesn't appear that the vendor is attempting to resolve the issue in any way. An "email" and messages have already be sent with no reply according to earlier posts.

I totally get it. However I don't see it as bitching, but as a record of how buisness is being conducted or lack there of. Promises have been made and not kept. This thread documents that and that fact that's it's been an ongoing problem.
This is exactly the thread I would want to read while researching a vendor that's not so well known.
I will continue to check back in the hope that some resolution is obtained.

I would rather be in the woods... my dog would rather be in the pool. My wife thinks we are both nuts.
This thread has bankrupted me and %99 customers asked for refund . Tarp will ship soon as I have to work 2 jobs to support family after this started . I ask to please send me a message as I don't get notifications or can't get on half the time due to updates on phone . After fly is received please send back old fly in return envelope so I can reseal one pull out. I have backstock sitting here and will add to website when I relaunch with new gear and plans. The XLT fly he is getting will be discontinued for a little while during shut down. I apologize for the response delay and am continuing to make the fly . Olive yellow is the last color I was told so olive yellow XLT will be finished this week and shipped next week.
Any questions or comments that need my attention please message me as tapatalk does show updated conversation on phone. Thank you and happy trails

Sorry to vent out like that but I've overcome a lot of obsticals to get to the point I'm at right now and it just took one order to tumble it back down. I'm working on building it back up to what it's suppose to be against the odds and am working day and night to make sure it perfect when I post open sales again. I'm working to finalize 2 orders to finish up replacements and miss measurements. Against all odds over 500 orders and 4 negatives. All but 2 resolved as I am struggling to work it out . It's hard to be the new guy on the block as they are compared to companies who have been around for a bit . But I will say this..I will be around a lot longer as I learn and adapt to the customers . The Army teaches me to watch my back and keep moving foward . That's how I will keep pushing and making better gear and better relationships in the future
