First test.......

Had the first full test of my hammock system this weekend. The weather was beautiful, in fact, if it wasn't for the dew, I wouldn't have needed the tarp! 90's during the day and low 70's at night. Whipped the ends of a fleece blanket and use it for an underquilt, worked like a champ. I gotta work on a proper UQ for the winter, though.

Nice job on the DIY. Some of the cottage vendors do holiday sales if you don't want used gear when you pick your UQ.
