I've been reading some good reviews of the mountain bike trails at the park. I'm kind of old and slow and haven't been on my bike for over a year, will there be anyone else of similar inability?
I dunno about the old and slow part for me, lol, but as I havent riden single track in years, Ill be takign my sweet time. Id be glad to keep ya company.

Like everything else, go at your pace and enjoy. There are plenty of nice gravel roads surrounding the park also.
It's always more fun with company, looking forward to it.
My two little boys are coming with me, so odds are Ill be riding slow to keep pace with them anyways.

If I bring bikes, I'll also be riding at an 11 year old's pace. Or an overweight 44 year old's pace.
