Without going back thru the 13 pages to see if it's already been mentioned and the google doc isn't opening right now, so I'm going to suggest that maybe each carload bring a bundle of firewood from a LOCAL dealer (local b/c of emerald ash borer issues) They may even have it at the park but typically Meijer and local gas stations have some as well. That time of year it could the weather could be crazy hot or crazy cold or anywhere in between. Either way I think we'll want a fire.
Also a reminder not to forget a proper camp chair, this is car camping so bring a lazy-boy if you want.

Lazy Boy can I really !!!! LOL ... Last time I brought 3 camp chairs ... LOL sat in one of them, I'll bring extras if I can fit them ... !

Hi everyone,

Ok, so as to not beat a dead horse here...but...if you haven't signed up and are for sure planning on attending..can you please make sure you do so on the REGISTER HERE spreadsheet. Its getting quite exciting to see so many people are planning on being at this hang..so we really need to make sure of two things:

1) We have plenty of food for everyone.
2) We have enough sleeping accommodations.

If you put maybe or possibly on guests you are bringing and you now have a definite answer can you please change that as well on the spreadsheet.

Here is where things stand as of today:

Confirmed: 57
Maybe's: 15
Possible guests: 9

So we could potentially be into the high 70's to 80's for attendees, which by the way would be AWESOME!!

Thank you for helping with this and we sure are looking forward to this hang!!

P.S. We might need some more people willing to bring stuff for breakfast on Saturday...i.e..Pancakes/Bacon/Sausage/Eggs..etc. Thanks again everyone!!

Probably every other hammock will be a BB. I'll probably have a BB, a Skeeter Beater Pro, and a DIY with me.

Yes there will certainly be a few Blackbird there, I also know of at least one XLC, there will be a wealth of other hammocks as well from Dream Hammock to Hennesy to Clark, I'm sure we will see them all.

It can be a very expensive weekend without a doubt...

Gas $50, Food $25, Camping $10, New Cuben Tarp $300, New Camo TQ/UQ $600, New Camo Thunderbird $300.... Seeing the look on the wife's face when the bill arrives... PRICELESS!!!!
